◆ Material : B3EG6 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced injection molding PA6 grade.Featuring high strength, high rigidity, oil resistance, and dimensional stability.
◆ Characteristics : Dimensional stability: structural components with low shrinkage, low warpage, and high precision requirements. Good insulation: suitable for electrical/electronic insulation components. High rigidity/high strength: 30% fiberglass significantly improves modulus and load-bearing capacity. Oil and chemical resistance: stable to engine oil, fuel, and hydraulic oil, suitable for power systems. Wear resistant and self-lubricating: low friction coefficient, suitable for moving parts such as gears and bearings
